Sharp Things and Little Hands Don't Mix!

Due to sharp and dangerous instruments (scissors, hot wax, microblading tools, etc.) and limited visibility from our beds to the rest of the studio space (for your privacy and comfort) our studio is not a good match for small children.  Please help us make our environment safe and comfortable for all our guests by observing our 14+ policy.

NO SHOWS / LATE CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Byōōdē Bar. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do that understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. 

All of our policies are designed to benefit our clients and provide the best quality and experience. If you’re late, we may have to reschedule. We run a pretty tight ship and one client running behind throws off the entire day.

Three strike system: Any client with 3 no shows/late cancellations in a rolling calendar year is subject to dismissal.
1st Strike: 50% of the appointment will be owed for whichever service you had booked.
2nd Strike: 100% of the appointment will be owed for whichever service you had booked.
3rd Strike: Client will no longer be able to make an appointment at our shop.

We do understand that sometimes ‘life’ happens, so please let us know as soon as possible if something comes up that jeopardizes your appointment.

PERMANENT MAKEUP DEPOSITS

All initial permanent makeup appointments require a 50% deposit. This deposit will go towards your service and will NOT BE REFUNDED if you cancel within 24 hours, or do not show up to your appointment (refer to cancellation/no show policy). You may be subject to a refund if you are not eligible at the time of your appointment however you will be charged a standard $50 set up fee regardless.
